Overview of Palava
Palava City is being developed by Lodha Group in Dombivali, a suburb in Mumbai. The city is spread across 4000 acres of land parcel and lies between Thane, Dombivali and Navi Mumbai.
The rooms in Palava City are very spacious. Care has been taken to optimize the room space. Internally the rooms are living and dining hall, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, pooja room, store room, dry area. There is ample space to park car all over the city. Multi Level Car Parking (MLCP) is developed at various sections of the city to take care of this issue.

Lodha University, a 100 acre campus will have all the courses available on earth to study. There will be 3 multi specialty hospitals in Palava city each of 600 beds.
