All this sounds like a dream. But it is being made a reality at Palava City by Lodha Group. Lodha Group is developing Palava City in Dombivali near Mumbai. Palava is called as the city of opportunity. Once completed, Palava will be home for 1 lack families or around 5 lack people.
Lodha Group is currently developing Phase 2 of Palava City which is divided into 11 sectors. From Sector 3 to Sector 11 all are residential. Sectors 1 and 2 are for commercial purposes. These sectors 1 and 2 are spread across 100 acres of land parcel. Sector 1 is exclusively available for IT sector whereas Sector 2 will be mixture of various commercial activities. Lodha Group has tied up with many IT companies to setup their offices here. The commercial complex and the IT hub will be completed by 2018 when the entire Phase 2 will be complete.
Already, Lodha Group is employing 10,000 different firms for the development of Palava City. In these 10,000 firms there are 25,000 people working.
