Palava city is spread across a huge land parcel of 4500 acres in the Dombivli. The project is having all the major amenities that one wish for. From having an international standard cricket stadium to FIFA affiliated football ground. The area is also marked with 30% of open space this not only makes this smart city as unmatched with any other projects in its neighbourhood but also one of the most sold property in the real estate market.
If we take into account the number of sales of last one year i.e from May 2015 were the sales figure is Rs 3.3 Cr/day the graph is soaring high since then.
