PCMA has started two emergency helpline number for Palava residents – they are 311 for customer grievance and 911 an emergency helpline number. PCMA has started a number of services exclusively for Palava residents. Some of the services are e-Request, e-Payment, e-Report and e-Booking.

e-Request will include tenant registration, domestic help, vehicle registration, electricity, civil works, etc.

e-Payment is a service that the PCMA  will be launching in the near future.

e-Report will include issues related to electricity, civil work, intercom, water, carpentry, elevators, etc.

e-Booking will include bookings of theater, spa, party spaces, sport facility, fitness, etc.
